Interconnected Care NZ (ICCNZ) was founded by Jacob Crown and Jody Mackie — two leaders who brought together different strengths and decades of frontline experience, united by a shared belief that people deserve services built around relationships, dignity and genuine connection.
Together, they envisioned an organisation that would place people before systems, recognise individual strengths, and create real opportunities for Kiritaki, whānau and kaimahi to thrive. Interconnected Mahi is the next chapter of that vision — extending the same kaupapa into employment, learning and development, and workforce development.
